A traditional classroom isn't built for everyone. If you struggled through school, it wasn’t a reflection of your intelligence—it was a mismatch of environments.
Many professionals thrive when they learn with their hands, not a whiteboard. Unfortunately, traditional systems often label this as a flaw rather than a different wiring.
The master craftsmen and builders who drive our industries forward learned by doing. They didn't need to be smarter; they just needed a different room. If we want to solve the talent shortage in skilled trades, we have to start validating how real builders actually learn.
